On-Campus Talent Acquisition Manager

Lauren Perea joins Cal Poly Pomona as the On-Campus Talent Acquisition
Manager through the university’s partnership with Ultimate Staffing. She brings
extensive experience in staffing and recruitment, with a strong focus on connecting
students, alumni, and employers to create sustainable pathways through meaningful
career opportunities.

Most recently, Lauren worked in talent acquisition roles where she guided
candidates through the job search process and partnered with organizations to build
access to quality roles. A proud graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree
in Sociology, Lauren views this position as a full-circle moment returning to the Cal
Poly community to help students confidently transition into the workforce.

Her expertise in career readiness and commitment to student success will be an
asset to the campus community.

Ana Luna-Grey

Vice President, Strategic Solutions – Roth Staffing Companies

Ana Luna-Grey is Vice President of Strategic Solutions, where she leads national
workforce strategies for large organizations across the U.S. With over 20 years of
experience in HR, talent acquisition, and staffing, she specializes in delivering
customized solutions that drive workforce efficiency.

Ana holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge. Her 19
years of leadership with Roth Staffing reflect her commitment to innovation, equity,
and community engagement. She has served on the PIHRA board, collaborated with
nonprofit organizations, and for many years developed career development
workshops for young women across Southern California.

Ana is passionate about empowering organizations to build strong, agile teams and
help individuals unlock their potential. She looks forward to partnering with the Cal
Poly Pomona team to create meaningful opportunities and support students in
launching successful careers.

Daniela Lopez

University Business Solutions Manager

Daniela Lopez serves as a University Business Solutions Manager with Ultimate Staffing, supporting the campus through a strategic partnership designed to expand career opportunities for students and alumni. In this role, she leads business development efforts across the Southern California market, collaborating closely with organizations to understand their talent needs and bring fresh, meaningful career pathways to the campus community and alumni.

Daniela brings a strong background in staffing, workforce program development, and employer engagement. Her experience includes identifying organizational challenges, cultivating long-term partnerships, and driving measurable hiring outcomes that align with institutional priorities. A graduate of San Francisco State University with a bachelor’s degree in International Business, Daniela is recognized for her relationship-driven, solutions-oriented approach to supporting organizational growth and student success.

Hilt Chu

University Business Solutions Manager

Hilt Chu serves as the University Business Solutions Manager at Cal Poly Pomona through Ultimate Staffing, where she leverages her strong background in sales and relationship development to build strategic partnerships between the university and employer organizations. In her role, she focuses on aligning workforce needs with campus talent pipelines, helping to strengthen career readiness initiatives and support successful long-term employment outcomes for students.

Hilt holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science from California State University, Fullerton, and is multilingual, bringing valuable cultural fluency to her engagement with both campus stakeholders and organizations. With more than nine years of sales experience across multiple industries, she is known for her ability to quickly understand new markets, navigate complex business challenges, and cultivate value-driven, trusted partnerships.
