Update Chrome and Device:
Make sure Chrome is updated to the latest version
Chrome menu → About Google Chrome
Ensure the Mac/iPad operating system is up to date
System Settings → General → Software Update
Restart the browser after updating
Browser Settings (Chrome on Mac/iPad):
Go to Chrome Settings → Privacy and Security → Site Settings
Click on Camera and Microphone
Make sure Big Interview (biginterview.com) is set to “Allow”
System Permissions (Mac):
Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera
Make sure Chrome is checked/enabled
Do the same for Microphone
iPad Limitations:
Unfortunately, iPads have some inherent limitations with video recording on web platforms
If possible, students should use a desktop/laptop for the best experience
