We are happy to encourage and work with employers interested in developing a recruitment strategy to reach our students on campus.

Information Sessions

On-Campus Interview Program
- Interviews can be scheduled and managed on Handshake to then be held virtually or on campus
- Reach out to our Employer Relations team if interested in meeting with applicants on campus
Meet and Greets
- Employers can select a time-period from 2-4 hours to meet students reserved on a schedule
- Meeting times will be arranged in short-term increments, 15-20 minutes, either one-on-one or in small groups
- Employer Relations can coordinate with you regarding what students will need to have prepared

Shipping Information
If you plan to ship career fair materials to our office, we ask that you arrange for them to arrive no sooner than two weeks before the fair, as storage space is limited. Career Services will deliver all shipped items to your table on the morning of the fair. Please use the address below and include the following items:
- The name of the fair which the materials are for
- The complete ZIP code (91768)
- Your organization’s name printed visibly on the package label

If you plan to ship materials AFTER the fair, you must do the following:
- Return the materials to Career Services with a completed, pre-paid shipping label (including estimated item weight) attached. Notify any Career Services staff member if you require assistance.
