Career Center Peer Internship Program

The Career Center’s peer internship program is an opportunity for students to work on campus and gain daily experience assisting students, faculty, and staff. During their time with the Career Center, our peers gain training in resume review, data processing & reporting, events support, and much more!

We currently have eight students from various majors working in our 2024-2025 Peer Intern group!

Meet our 2024-2025 Peer Interns!

“I am a first year Early Childhood Studies student working towards being an elementary school teacher. My goal this academic year is to strive in my classes and help as many students as I can with this opportunity. I cannot wait to begin helping students like me with this role as a peer intern!”

I’m a transfer student studying Business Administration – Computer Information Systems. My goal this academic year is to find a good balance between studying and hanging out with friends. I am excited about the Peer Internship because it will allow me to connect with others, learn about their career goals, and support them through the Career Center.

“I’m a third year Economics student working towards my masters and investment banking roles in the future. My goal this academic year is to work towards more internships and further my knowledge in economics. I am excited about the peer role because of the chance to meet new people, and gain experience not just by being a part of the career center, but also helping students who need guidance.”

“I am a third year Mechanical Engineering major and a current intern for Raytheon Technologies. My goal this academic year is to increase my knowledge within the engineering field and to have a fun time! I am excited about my Peer internship because I get to help connect people with the right resources and help those looking to further themselves and their career.”

“I’m a fourth-year Business Administration student with a concentration in Marketing. This year, my goal is to elevate the Career Center’s digital presence by creating content that makes career resources more engaging, accessible, and student-friendly. As the new Social Media & Marketing Intern, I’m excited to combine my passion for creativity with my commitment to helping fellow Broncos succeed in their career journey!”

“I’m a fourth-year Computer Science student with a minor in Marketing Management, driven by a passion for bridging the gap between technology and marketing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply my technical background to real-world marketing strategies with a focus on web design, user engagement, and digital communication. I’m particularly interested in how data and technology can enhance marketing outcomes and create more personalized, impactful user experiences. Being part of the Career Center team is especially meaningful, as it not only helped me secure this role but has also been instrumental in my growth both professionally and personally.”
