We’re looking for a high-energy, confident communicator who loves public speaking, isn’t afraid of the phone, and wants to help shape the future of sales technology from the ground up.
This role starts hands-on with outbound calling, but quickly expands into product feedback, sales strategy, and leadership. For the right person, this role is designed to evolve into Head of Sales as the company scales.

What You’ll Do
Sales & Outreach (Initial Focus)
- Make outbound cold calls to real business leads using AGORA’s platform
- Run live sales conversations and demos
- Test scripts, objection handling, and messaging
- Provide structured feedback on what converts (and what doesn’t)
Product & Platform Feedback
- Act as a power user of the AGORA application
- Identify friction points and usability gaps in the product
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to make AGORA usable by any salesperson
- Help shape training materials, scripts, and AI coaching logic
Growth & Leadership (As You Ramp)
- Help define repeatable sales processes
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new sales agents
- Influence pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Grow into managing sales operations and eventually leading the sales function
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills & Traits
- Strong verbal communication & confidence speaking to strangers
- Comfort with cold calling (or strong willingness to learn fast)
- Natural public speaker or presenter
- Curious, coachable, and feedback-driven
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you want ownership, not just a job
- Interest in AI, startups, and building something from zero to one
Nice-to-Have
- Sales, customer success, or recruiting experience
- Experience in SaaS, startups, or marketplaces
- Comfort giving product feedback or working with engineers
- Leadership ambitions (this matters more than titles)
Minimum Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Must be comfortable making outbound calls
- Reliable internet and professional call setup
- Availability to work during standard U.S. business hours
