What You’ll Do
As a Field Coordinator, you’ll oversee key aspects of construction, ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising trade work with a focus on safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinating material delivery and installation across multiple trades.
- Monitoring workforce production and resolving on-site challenges.
- Collaborating with project management teams to meet project goals.
- Contributing to overall project success through strong communication and problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking emerging leaders who are ready to take charge and make an impact. The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Sciences, or a related field.
- At least one internship in commercial construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
- Strong communication, time management, and computer skills.
- A willingness to relocate for new projects and career opportunities.
- A collaborative and “team-first” mindset.
