IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist
Location: Kansas City, MO (Travel to nearby stores required; occasional overnight travel, 1-2 days/month)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist to manage the deployment, updates, support, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and software across our retail stores and warehouse environments. Based in Kansas City, MO, this role requires travel to nearby locations to provide hands-on support. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in setting up new retail stores and warehouse operations, ensuring our technology systems operate smoothly and securely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Set up, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure in retail stores and warehouses.
- Software Support: Provide comprehensive support for NetSuite ERP, Shopify POS, Microsoft Azure, PowerApps, and other systems, including installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Technical Assistance: Deliver timely troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues at retail and warehouse locations.
- Security: Implement and maintain strong security practices to safeguard company data and systems.
- Travel: Travel to nearby stores for on-site technical support; occasional overnight travel (1-2 days/month).
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive troubleshooting approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and across teams.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS setup and deployment.
- Familiarity with:
- Microsoft Azure and PowerApps.
- NetSuite ERP systems.
- Shopify POS systems.
- Knowledge of SQL and data storage and reporting best practices.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices.
