PM3 Sports x Lineman Performance Association (LPA)
Summer/Fall 2025 Internship – Multiple Positions Available
Remote & Hybrid Options | ⏳ 10–15 hrs./week | Project completion stipend (College Credit if applicable)
About Us:
PM3 Sports is a bold, no-nonsense sports agency rooted in performance, integrity, and grit. In collaboration with Lineman Performance Association (LPA), we are building a powerful ecosystem to develop and promote elite offensive linemen equipment designed by LPA to help prepare offensive lineman at all levels.
Together, we are launching initiatives that scale product sales, elevate athlete branding, and expand our digital footprint—and we’re assembling a high-impact team of interns to help us get there.
Internship Roles & Focus Areas:
We are looking for self-starters with strong work ethic and interest in sports, marketing, and business operations. The internship will be structured around 3 core disciplines:
1. Marketing & Sales Interns (2 Positions)
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute grassroots and digital marketing campaigns
Assist with email outreach, social media management, and influencer coordination
Support athlete branding & NIL strategy
Help scale LPA product sales through eCommerce and partnership funnels
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for sports marketing, NIL, and athlete development
Experience in sales or brand strategy (school projects or jobs count!)
Strong writing & communication skills
2. Website Development Intern (1 Position)
What You’ll Do:
Assist in the build and maintenance of LPA’s Weebly-based website
Implement new content, pages, product listings, and integrations
Collaborate on UI/UX design updates to improve functionality and branding
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with Weebly, Squarespace, or similar drag-and-drop platforms
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Creative, design-minded, and detail-oriented
3. Supply Chain & Operations Intern (1 Position)
What You’ll Do:
Assist in managing inventory, product orders, and fulfillment logistics
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track timelines and shipping
Work alongside the LPA team to ensure smooth delivery of gear and merch
What We’re Looking For:
Organized, solution-oriented thinker with operations or logistics interest
Familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, or basic inventory tracking software is a bonus
Strong communication and accountability
