About the Role
Are you the person your friends ask for advice on captions, trends, and “should I post this?” Do you already spend hours a day on TikTok and Instagram, but want to turn that instinct into a real skill set? This internship is built for someone who’s passionate about content creation and wants hands-on experience in the influencer marketing and social media industry.
You’ll work directly with our content and strategy team, supporting real client accounts and getting a behind-the-scenes look at how brands and creators grow their following, land partnerships, and turn content into a career.
What You’ll Do
- Research trending audio, formats, and hashtags across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Help brainstorm and script short-form video content ideas
- Assist with light video editing (CapCut, and Davinci Resolve)
- Draft captions, hooks, and post copy for review
- Track engagement metrics and help compile simple performance reports
- Support scheduling and posting using social media management tools
- Monitor comments/DMs and flag engagement opportunities
- Sit in on client and strategy calls to learn how campaigns are planned
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in social media, influencer culture, and content trends
- Some experience creating content for your own or others’ accounts (a portfolio or personal profile link is a huge plus, doesn’t need to be big, just active)
- Comfortable with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube as both a viewer and creator
- Basic photo/video editing skills (or eagerness to learn)
- Strong writing skills for captions and copy
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Open to feedback and excited to learn the business side of content creation
No prior professional experience required, this role is designed for beginners who are serious about breaking into the industry.
