The Discount Appliance Store is a local and online home appliance and accessory Store.
We are a home appliance/accessorie retail and online store located in Bethesda, MD. We are seeking a skilled Product Tester to join our dynamic team. We receive open box appliances. As a product tester, you will be responsible for thoroughly testing and cleaning our products, including wall ovens, dishwashers, vacuums, etc. Your primary goal will be to identify any defects such as scratches/dents and provide detailed feedback in our inventory system.
**Duties:**
-Prepare for delivers and unload products to warehouse
– Conduct in-depth testing of our products, which means describing any damage or dents/scratches and condition.
– Collaborate with the development team to create and execute test plans and inventory products
– Provide detailed and actionable feedback to help improve the quality and functionality of our products.
-Prepare items for shipping on a daily bases

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
-Ability to lift over 50lbs on a constant basis.
We work in a fun fast paced environment. This is a very simple job and your day would start with preparing items that sold for shipping. It consists or packaging, wrapping, weighing and printing a label. After shipping, you will prepare items for photos and inventory them online. When a shipment arrives, the team unloads the truck and continues testing. That’s it, simple enough, who’s ready to join!?
