Receptionist Veterinary Hospital
Receptionist should be able to complete the following tasks:
Candidate needs exceptional customer service skills. Be able to work in a fast paced environment. This Hospital is a very busy two doctor practice, and have clients that demand the best service.
Operate telephone, taking messages, scheduling appointments. Need to know how to file alphabetically. Transmitting information or documents to customers or other hospitals. This includes emails and faxes. Be able to Greet clients, checking in clients pets, and determine nature of visit and able to communicate clearly with co workers what is needed. File and maintain patient records, having clients fill out correct paperwork. Able to give estimates receive payments and record receipts for services. Balance closings with computer software totals.
Candidate should be comfortable speaking on telephone, take messages down clearly and give information to the correct co worker.
Candidate should have reliable transportation, may need coverage at another location.
Keep working area clean and lobby areas clean. Have knowledge of animal husbandry, and comfortable around animals.
