Lead Stylist
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Driving top line sales and ensuring excellent customer experiences
❏ Track your own sales daily, and improve from your previous shift.
❏ Greet and Engage all customers in a friendly manner (within 30 seconds of entering the store.)
❏ Ask open ended questions to establish each customer’s needs and meet their needs.
❏ Have knowledge of the products and know the features and benefits of each. Use these features and benefits with all customers to expand the sale.
❏ Suggest merchandise (utilize new and top selling items.)
❏ Provide a great customer experience on the floor (pay attention to
both verbal and nonverbal cues.)
❏ Exchange names with every customer prior to going in the fitting room (refer to them by name to create a more personal experience.)
❏ Provide a captivating customer experience in the fitting room (listen to the customer, ask open questions to seal the sale.)
❏ Provide a friendly, efficient & accurate cash wrap experience.
❏ Keep store clean (utilize the daily open/close checklist.)
❏ Maintain store visual standards and ensure the store provides a visually captivating experience!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour + Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Retail Managers: 1 year (Preferred)
